Yeah, I was surprised to see this one on here. Ironically, it's pretty stubborn itself when you want to uninstall it.

BCU seems pretty good, I've been using that for the last few months.

Been using Revo Uninstaller for years. Works well. There is no compelling reason here to change.

The uninstallers in most software, built to Microsoft's specifications, are shameful for what they do not do to clean up after themselves.

I only use IObit Unlocker no crap is installed with it. I don't need any uninstaller

Do -not- install iobit, acts as Malware on your machine, you can say to no installing their "other programs", they still install and embeds itself as Windows extensions. Considering doing a full reset based on the fact that TechSpot has recommended an installation that is basically super shady.

I use both IObit Uninstaller and Advanced System care. Just get rid of the new programs if you don't need them. Then IObit Uninstaller is very helpful.

Why not add msft tool pc manager also? It has a clean uninstaller program as well.

I can vouch for Revo Pro. It's rather cheap at the moment, especially for a two year licence.
Been using it for years. Intuitive, and gives plenty of options.

Has a lot of other useful tools too.

As for the registry tuner. (Seperate program) Well, I am wary of them but run a safe scan from time to time.
It's main use is Windows 11 customization, such as bringing back the old right click menu (Win 10) and a lot of others.

In fact a two week trial will allow you to do all these optimizations for free. The program itself is very cheap for the pro, but I am wary to recommend ANY registry cleaner.

Years ago I used IObit uninstaller, just to try. (I already had Revo Pro).
Yes, it seems good and does a good job. However after using it just once I had a few strange things happen. Nothing major, and could have been something else?

Whatever, as others have stated, it's potentially a dodgy prog. Use with care.

It may or may not do other things that you wouldn't like too.

Personally, I'd stay well away from that one.
