The frames drop drastically which is unusual

I basically when I play my video games on the pc such as elder scroll online or warframe or any other game it plays fine on ultra I normally get 40-60 frames but some how its been like this for the past few days it plays normally for 2-3min then the frames drops to around 10-30 frames and it stays like this, my pc isnt even a year old so it shouldnt be the hardware but it may be. ive tried run anti virus to see if there was any virus which is droping the frames and the internet is fine also so that cant be a factor, there isnt that much dust in my computer,(there is dust but to a degree that it shouldnt be an issue) also I installed the latest driver. I dont know whats wrong with my pc.

(prebuilt pc so the psu is balanced with all parts) the also here are the specs:

8gb ram
750ti
i5 3.2gz

Dust is ALWAYS an issue - if you can see it, more may be hiding under or inside something like a heatsink.

Could be a recent change in your drivers, so check Device Manager to confirm all is running properly.
