My OS is Windows XP SP2 .. im facing big problem ...

my computer got hanged and restart automatically 20 time in one day ..
after restart I receiving this warning msg

ya i check in sp3 too ... same problem in xp sp3 also

Are you sure you checked the memory properly using Memtest86, and checked the hard drive???

Ya Check successful no error ... today i try my friend ram also .... but same problem

Is the computer clean inside and are all the fans running normally?
