Toshiba keyboard issues

I bought a new keyboard and installed because typing some letters would show different letters or numbers this is the reason I replaced it

What else can I try its bgy and _ button I've updated drivers replaced keyboard tried fn and f9 and ins and numlk I'm so lost right now

So now it is down to a re-install of Windows or motherboard issue

Well when replacing with battery connected it didn't hard reset well pull battery after replace all good thanks anyways
