Track starts then starts again playing simultaneously with first

I get the video and audio tracks playing (this is on youtube) then the audio track starts playing again with about a one second delay over the first. I stop the video but the second audio track keeps playing. There is nothing in task manager (process or app) that I can end to stop the audio track. All I can do is close the browser window to stop it. HELP!
