Inactive Trend Micro stuck at "starting". Possible Virus?

Here is my hijack this log file.

My trend micro isn't starting anymore. Reinstalled it a few times to no avail. Just get a "Starting your protection". Trend Micro support asked for my hijack this log, but knowing them they will take 5 years to figure out what is going on.


Any and all help is greatly appreciated! I am rather tech savvy but have never had this issue before.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:
