Trogan Alert/Computer Running Slowly

My laptop has been running slowly this past week, so this evening I followed the advice on the 'Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Instructions'

Having run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware it said I had a FakeTrogan and another problem that I did not quite understand. But I've attached the log and i'd appreciate any feedback.

I've also run CCleaner and run Super AntiSpyware (log is attached along with the HJT log)

Any assistance would be appreciated.

From your sas and mbam log all files were deleted succesfully

remove these
