Solved Trojan Agent svchost.exe returns after Malware removal

Yay!
So just to clarify, I should run the Malware every so often and register the Avast as a free version and that should be
enough or do I have to purchase anti-virus software? I also read the above and just checked for firefox plugins and updated Adobe. I will follow your directions above. How do I find out about windows updates?
