TV for gaming

So I'm split between two tv's, I will mostly use for gaming(360/ps3) and as a moniter occasionaly for when im playing movies/games on pc.

- A 37" Toshiba 720p for $499

- A 32" LG 1080p for $530

I really want a big tv but i know i wont get a new tv for a few years so the 1080p will probably be irrelevant in a couple years along w/ 720p. You think the 720p is a big diff from 1080p. Thanks

And I'm still saving for my custom pc

P.s. This isn't my first HDTV either I've had a 20" 720p

If you have a 720p HDTV already and you're happy with it, go with the Toshiba, it has a proven record, and it's bigger. Another advantage is that it's cheaper. You probably won't notice any difference between the [2] resolutions, especially with [2] different brands. There may be something that affects the quality.
This is my personal opinion, I would go with the Toshiba :)
 
i would also go with the toshiba, assuming you sit at least 6 ft. away from the tv, since you won't see the difference between 720p and 1080p at such a distance. plus, it will be a much larger screen size as well.
