Two computers with Firefox 5.0, one has old download app the other doesn't. Why?

Basically the subject line says it all. On one computer I had to download an app that sits on the bottom left of my window and shows a progress bar for downloads. I have to right click it to get speed and progress then clear the completed downloads with more right clicking. Why does firefox 5.0 have the standard download app that it has had for a long time while the other 5.0 does not?

Have you gone to Tools>Option>General Tab & check out your Downloads Section?
Can you post a screen shot of it ??
