Unwanted re-enablement of SNAP in Settings;System;Multitasking

From time to time my disablement of SNAP get reversed. Is there some way to lock in my preference permanently ? - I run x32Win10ProV22H2

• Group Policy Editor: Search for "gpedit.msc" and navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Focus. Enable Prevent dragging windows to snap.
• Registry Editor: Back up your registry first! Search for "regedit" and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced. Set "EnableSnapBar" to "0" and create a new DWORD named "NoSnapDragging" with a value of "1."
