Good luck to this weeks contestant!

Kinda hope my pc gets into a future episode, and hey maybe even if I can get that 4tb hdd, which I very much need more storage, I'll be quite happy(if I win the hdd does that not allow me then to be a possible contestant?)

Brayden definitely needs an upgrade. Should be able to get the PC to run with better productivity when upgrading from that measly 2GB ddr2 RAM and new cpu

Mcold needs a revamp, cuz that will never run crysis xD , 2GB of DDR2 RAM is such a inhumane way to be tortured ...Make it sthap ... ---> Brayden will know haha

Hello all.

Here are my thoughts about the computers shown in this episode:
Ryan ‘Dortmunder’ from the US
This computer is good enough for now. Upgrade would be good but not critical.

Brayden ‘Oldy McOld’ from Australia
The layout of the motherboard in the picture doesn't match any P5K motherboard in the Asus site (unless I missed something), so the entire spec could be wrong.

Daniel ‘Jedi's Gaming PC’ from the US
I think an upgrade to a used 8 cores FX CPU would be good enough for now, as the rest of the spec is OK.

Dom ‘Reggie’ from the UK
This PC is quite week and should be upgraded.

Calvin ‘Gramps’ from Australia
This PC is good enough in my opinion, with maybe the exception of the CPU. I would suggest buying one of those Xeon CPU which where modded from socket 771 to socket 775 and overclock it (a modded BIOS update might be required).

Good luck to everyone.

I'm voting for Calvin ‘Gramps’ from Australia seems to me the best for an upgrade would probably need a new case for better cable management :)

Oldy McOld for sure. The inside looks so nasty with dust everywhere and the cable management looked horrendous. TBH with you all, Oldy McOld needs a case upgrade for sure too lol. It's so ugly.

I had a hard time time choosing between Oldy McOld, Reggie, and Gramps. I ended up picking Gramps because I think going from an Q9300 to an R5 1600 would be an incredible feeling! It would be like he just got a new PC!
