Come on a guy with a 3570k + 970... what.... I have most of my friends playing on really outdated pc's (One of them is actually running a gt 710). Really hope you can open up to more countries to participate on this show I think it's a really good thing you're doing here, but that 970 shouldn't be here :/
On the Akki ‘Akatsuki’ from New Zealand I think you could go with a ryzen 3 + a cheaper case to get a gtx 1050 in there to, I'm not familiar with New Zealand prices so I might not know what I'm talking about it's just an idea tho.

I really hope Akatsuki gets an upgrade - he struggles hard with his cooling and god this hacksawed case. Plus his old i5 obviously needs to go and be replaced by ryzen. This should help Akki so much during his studies
