US court says Google can order its search results the way it wants

Then why are we bitching about what the ISP's serve up or block? You don't want to be controlled by ISP's but here you are standing behind Google and/or Microsoft for the very same thing. I am totally confused by our stance as a society. Do we want it or do we not?

Asking for Net Neutrality from ISP's with high-priority/banned picks on Search Engine results, is not Net Neutrality.

I'm not 'b!itching' about anything. My post specifically pertained to this thread, and how Google's (or any other company) still has their first amendment rights.

Oversight is needed to an extent, I'm not arguing that at all. The scope of 'standing behind Microsoft, Google, etc. just like the ISPs' goes far beyond this specific discussion, and it's best not to attempt to derail a thread any further off-topic.

They have rights too. They also have alot of people/entities to answer to as well. If you don't like the way Google is operating, use Bing, Yahoo, etc etc.. but they don't act any differently than Google itself.
