I would really appreciate if somebody could help me. My laptop changed to a blue screen whenever I input the USB storage, USB camera or a printer. There is no problem when inputting a mouse.
My laptop is running Window XP SP3. The last time when I put a USB from my carema to an USB port (1). The blue screen showed an error :
0x0000000A (0x316004A9, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804DC25D).
I tried a external hard drive, the port (1) could not install. I tried to put into another USB port (2) in my laptop. The blue screen showed an error:
0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x805684A0, 0xB655DA84, 0x00000000)
Could anybody please tell me how to fix it?
