Vdrvroor.sys missing - details

Hi,

I need your help. First, today my sister told me that the house power outage and the pc shut down and when I got home from work I turn on the pc and I got a missing drivers. the screen that tell you what you want to do when you get inappropriate shutdown - safe mode, start windows normally, etc... screen. i have windows win 7 64 bit with sp1 retail. so I selected start windows normally, but I get a screen that tell me about a missing or corrupt file. \windows\system32\drivers\ndis.sys and status: 0xC000032 (hope i remember it right)
So I didn't think that a electrical outage will cause a serious problem to the file vdrvroot.sys file.

i even tried with option start with last good known configuration and still get same problem.

so I load windows 7 dvd and went into repair computer and lets the thing auto fix for couple time and reboots and still get same problem.

so this time i didn't let the program auto fix and i browse my directory and I went into /windows/system32/config and change the name of software file and system fil to software.old and system.old and then i went to /windows/system32/config/regback and copy the software and system files and paste it to /system32/config and restart my pc and it booted in pass that missing vdrvroot missing file error(not sure if i did more auto fix by windows 7 repair by disk). anyway, when it log in screen. i got a pop up that say LogOnUI.exe error, like file is missing and NSDIS.SYS is missing.

so i have been searching for way to fix my problems. I am not sure if vdrvroot.sys is related to nsdis and logonui error. Also my program icons are not completely loaded and symantec antivirus is not loaded.

more symptoms:
right-click on "Computer" and click property open up System property. but mine say "Page failed to load".
Catalyst Center failed to load. it seem catalyst had been uninstalled. i don't see it on the list when i right-click on desktop drop down.
I tried to install other program but i get error telling me nsdis.sys is missing.

here is a hijackthis log:

hope someone can tell me something . thank you.

"so I load windows 7 dvd and went into repair computer"...

Boot from the Windows 7 disc and select "advanced options" when you see the partitions, delete the current partition and format. Start a fresh install of Windows 7 and all the updates

that's what i was thinking about doing, i didn't know how the hell i have so many important file deleted. what could be possible reasons?

The data on the hard drive was corrupted when the power failure happened. Most likely if there were "brownouts" occurring before the main outage
