Search in your local phone book or do a Google search for audio/visual companies in your area. There is no real trick doing this, as long as you have the right equipment

What you need:

A video 8 player (or camcorder) with A/V ouput plugs or Audio and S Video output
A PC with video input and a video card with capturing abilities
Virtual Dub or other appz able to capture video input from a video card.

I suggest you check with your manuals or look up your PC and Video 8 player/camcorder models online to see what type of hardware you have.

Then if I may direct you to another forum, go to

http://videohelp.com

There are people there with a lot of experience doing all kinds of things with video and a lot of tools.

Hope it helps :)
