Video Card not Working?

I’m having issues with either my video card or mother board, I replaced my power supply, after I replaced it, my monitor wouldn’t come on, I tested the monitor with my laptop, it works fine. I tried another video card, it still wouldn’t work, I tried another power supply, still not working, I even replaced the motherboard, still wouldn’t work, I’ve tried everything except another monitor. I'm using a ASUS A7V333 Motherboard. I’m about ready to give up.
