Video subsystem: Lower screen resolution or colour depth

Hi, I'm am completely new to this website as I have hardly any tech knowlege (unless you would count GCSEs). I am trying to watch a DVD on my computer that has enhanced content. It is from 2002 and a Spooks boxset. To play it I have used some DVD software on my laptop but to view the enhanced content I have had to install 'InterActual Player'. All was fine until I actually tried to play the DVD on the player and it says 'Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. Lowering your screen resolution or color depth may fix the problem'. So I tried to lower my screen resolution - didn't work and I don't know how to lower my colour depth. I'm on a brand new laptop - Windows 10. Played DVD on my television but only first episode plays.

Please help?!? Simple steps as well please :) (Spooks Season 1, 3 Discs, 6 episodes so I am presuming there are 2 per disk as it says 161 minutes!!!)InterActual Problem.png
