Firstly I would like to show my thanks for the help I was given through the 8-step process. I found the instructions pretty easy to follow. I have completed and attached my logs. Thank you to anyone in advanvce that tries to help me.
Some symptoms are that I had a pop-up virus (the pop-ups have gone away after following the process), both my computer and mozilla have become significantly slower, this problem has gotten better but I don't think my computer and mozilla are operating at full speed.
