Inactive Virus Lagging My Computer and Strange Processes in Task Manager

Alright so I am having an issue and have googled the source of it to no avail. The problem is that if I dont move my mouse for a few seconds my computer will begin to lag like crazy. For example youtube videos will go down to 1-10 fps along with any sort of video. Every time this happens 2 processes pop up on my task manager both of the same name or ID. The name of the process is klp10svc.exe. Once I move my mouse again the processes close and the computer speeds up again. There is also another suspicious process called LXXYx1JI8My.exe (32bit) and I'm not sure if its linked or not. The klp10svc is surely a virus and probably the other one also. What virus software do you reccomend I use to solve this problem. To make sure this wasnt a graphical problem I installed drivers and the problem persisted.

Just went into Temp folder and found these folders that had the file klp10svc in them called RarSFX0, RarSFX7 and RarSFX8. They also have this file I cannot delete because it is active called SystemWhileIdle.exe and I assume thats whats causing the problem

I downloaded Avast and CCleaner used both of them, went into my temp folder and deleted all the files in there. Couldnt delete the folders I mentioned so I went in and deleted everything in them and that has solved the problem. It may come back though since Avast didn't deal with the virus, I did.
