The only log I can supply is the hijackthis and that's only because I already had it on my computer.
the ccleaner worked fine but when I downloaded mbam-setup I click on it to install but it doesn't do anything.
as for the other antispyware program when I click on the link it just goes to a screen saying there's an internet connection error. please help I don't know what the issue is. hopefully this log can do some help
I also think this disabled my panda antivirus as it no longer automatically starts up when I reboot and when I try to enable the antivirusware it doesn't do anything either.
