Hi. Ok so I am pretty sure I caught a virus of some. My computer wont operate in Normal mode, it keeps freezing up. in Safe mode, I went through the 8 steps the best I could, it was very hard because my computer kept redirecting me away from sites.
I could not determine if I had any real time monitoring programs, because I kept getting redirected away from the link.
I could not reinstall JAVA because I got a pop up window that said "system administrator has set policies to prevent this instillation."
I ran all CCleaner, Malwarebytes, SUPERantispyware, and Hijackthis, here are the logs from the latter three.
Im still freezing in Normal mode and still getting redirected on some sites. Please help if you can
