Vista Home Premium error

The file is possibly corrupt. The file header checksum does not match the computed checksum.

Is what popped up when I tried to install Vista Home Premium on my computer. A quick search told me that I had to update my BIOS, but I don't know how. Stupid I know, but I don't know how. Some help is much appreciated!

Actually I found my motherboard manufacturer's website and found a bunch of updates to download...can anyone give me heads up on which on I should download? Or are they the right ones at all?
