W 8.1-View contents & Reallocate factory 15GB partition to C

I assume this 15.76 Gb partition was created with a factory back up image made years ago. Then it would be W 8 which I have no interest in retaining. How can I reallocate this 15Gb to my C drive? Thoughts welcome

MiniTool Partition Magic has a free version that will do this for you. It's the program I use very occasionally to change partitions. There's an easy to miss little box you have to tick before it will make the changes permanent but it's about as easy as you will find.
