I have a problem with my laptop, I have a strange kind of virus that shows me a message in my desktop saing: Warning Dangerous spyware and every 2 minutes a Warnig security report apears in the task bar.
I have used HijackThis and this is the log file that it has created (see attached file)
I don't know what I have to do now. I need help.
Thanks.

Whatever you do, do NOT click on any suggestions made by those popups. That will allow the true spyware or virus free access to your machine.

Can you download anything? If you can, download SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareBytes.Update both and run both.

Yes i can download, i have used Avira and Spybot and they doesn't remove it.
I will try with the softwares that you recomend me.
Thanks.

Thanks Hrlow2!!, Malwarebytes Anti-malware has removed it.

Glad to have been of service. But you might want to run 1-2 more times. I have seen where when something is cleared out of the way, something else is hidden behind it, so take precautions.

You really need to do the 8 Steps!

Do the TechSpot 8 steps: https://www.techspot.com/community/...lware-removal-preliminary-instructions.58138/

Skip no steps (do not install another virus scanner as you already have one).

Most importantly update MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSptware!

Before you scan with SuperAntiSpyWare do the below:

SuperAntispyware extra config

After installed double-click the icon on your desktop to run it.

Update the program definitions.

Click the Preferences button.

Then Scanning Control.

In Scanner Options make sure all boxes are checked except #3 Ignore System Restore.. are checked:

MalwareBytes extra config

After update but before running
Click settings and confirm all are Checked.

I repeat Update these 2 programs.

Run them and attach their logs.

Run the MBAM Update it, with the modifications, again.

Mike

I'm have scaned two times more and it doesn't find infected elements, but when I restart windows I ear a porn movie sound during 15 second aprox. but the warning mesage in the desktop and taskbar doesn't appear anymore and the computer works fine. Do you now what can I do with this sound?

Do what mflynn tells you. He has much more experience in this situation than I do. Glad I got you along as far as I did. Good Luck. It's all yours Mike.

I think that all is ok now, the last time that I've restarted the my computer i don't ear the porn sound and it start up faster than ever. I have attached the log files.
Thanks to HR and Mflynn and sorry for the double posting, i'm tring to remove it.
