Firstly, Merry Christmas! Secondly, sorry if i have posted in the wrong section.

A friend of mine owns a website and recently a woman has been going on there stalking him, saying she knows where he lives etc, car he drives, it is getting excessive. He has blocked her IP several times but she keeps coming back, she said she has masked her IP address and he will never get rid of her. Is there anyone she can be blocked once and for all? The best thing that you can do is to find out if she is using a specific MAC address and see if you can block that. But if she is seriously stalking him, the best thing to do would be call the cops and report her for harrasment. They will then go through all the log files from your host server, web server, and ISP to find her true IP address. Once the cops check out her ISP/Modem and see where she lives, a knock on the door and a good talking to/arrest would for sure stop her
