Weird lines across my LCD

Greetings,

I bought an LED LCD ( Samsung XL2370 ) about 5 months ago and it's very good, but about 2 days ago I noticed weird diagonal lines across all the screen.
I tried resetting it to default settings but it didn't solve it.
Here's how they look, i took this photo with my mobile camera so there might be another lines so i marked the one I'm talking about:

Notice that those lines are over the whole screen.

Looks like color banding issues. Are you still under warranty?

Yep, but atm I'm very far away from where i bought it. I'll take it soon when i can.

One thing you could try, that won't do any harm, is in Hardware/display/change display settings/advanced settings/monitor/change refresh rate.
You might have a couple of options there, 60hz or 70hz, so if possible try the 'other' one if you have a choice of two.
Also it might be worth trying a different screen resolution, just to prove the point.

I tried those already but it's not the problem.
Btw i don't have 70hz, i only have 60, 59, 30 and 20.
