So I can connect to my wireless network, but it has no internet access unless I use tor. Firefox, chrome, steam, league, nothing connects but tor. When I try the troubleshooter, it has an error about connecting to dns server. If I start in safe mode I can connect just fine. All other devices can connect just fine.
Ive tried cmd ip reset, dns flush, using alternate dns servers, scanning for malware (with multiple reliable programs) of which there was none.
What else could it be, what else can I try?
