You see the new name- and Broni is very welcomed! He is very knowledgeable in malware assistance. Having his help will mean that not only can we handle your malware problems more quickly, but more important> better.

Help in this forum has to be very specific. We have to check the log entries, determine what is okay and what isn't and then decide what to do with the 'not okay' entries. It can be very time consuming and having two of us helping now means things should move a bit faster and with more appropriate guidance.
