What services need to be on to run specialty function keys on my Viao PCV-W30

What services need to be on to run specialty function keys on my VAIO PCV-W30?I am running Windows XP Professional SP/3. Also are the other things I must do?I chatted with Sony's "Tech Support" and all they wanted to do was get money out of me They really suck!!!!!!

SONY needs to work a lot on their softwares because even if you install certain software/driver, they dont work...... If you can (or have a clean Win XP install) make a backup of the partition and go "test and error" whit the drivers/software, its gona be hard and long

services! Click "enable all"- apply.
