When i save ms word 2019 files it has icons like windows folder

Hi,
when I save files of ms word 2k19 on my harddisk or usb its icons are not what it should be but its icons are like windows folder of yellow color.
ms excell and powerpoint and other files in the same suit are ok.
if sfc /scannow, dism, chkdsk /f c: commands cant fix this error. then which way can this problem be fixed. it was working ok in the beginning, but since 3 days, its not working ok.

But why the icons of ms word 2019 got messed up but the icons of ms excell,access,powerpoint and other programs are perfectly working normally.

Try to rebuild icon cache.
F.ex. you can use Folder Marker and press there Action -> Refresh System icons

In advansed system care I used this option several times but the problem remains.
