When I turn on my computer a 104 message appears

When I turn on my computer a 104 message appers, it says Unsupported wireless network device deteced. System Halted. Remove device and restart.

So I took the device out and restarted it and the same message appers.

Try starting it in Safe mode by tapping the F8 key as soon as you turn it on. Then look in Device Manager and see if there are any yellow warning symbols in the list, tell me what you find.

Also give me the OS and make & model number of the PC.

Sorry for the late responce.

When I tried to tap the F8 key as soon as I turned it on, nothing happened, the same message appeared again.

Where do I found the OS and make & model number of the PC?

No problem with a late response.

So, does anything else appear on screen before this error message?

Have you changed the Wireless card for a new one of a different make and model?

Did you make any changes to the system, including any updates, new software or drivers just before this error occured?

Is this a laptop, if so, the make and model number will be on a sticker on the base of the PC. If it is a desktop it should be on the back of the tower. You should also have a licence key sticker somewhere on the PC which has the licence key on it, this will have the version of Windows written on it.
