When I Turn On My Pc It Runs Slow...

well when i turn on my pc it jsut goes way slow.which didnt happen a couple weeks behind.my little cousin opened lime wire and downloaded somethign with malicious ware. well from that day all i get is pop ups and when i get in a profile in my pc it jsut goes so slow that i have to wait about 20 minteus to start using it or itll frezze for some time. another thing. when playign a game called warrock it goes great i get small laggs from time to time but out of no were my pc jsut frezezez!!! it makes me so mad some one please help me with this...

Edit your startup programs....remove them.

i did...
i also stop most programs processes.
but wtf why do i frezze to the pont were i need to restart witht eh restart button....

Hit CTRL ALT DEL and look at your Processes. What - if anything - is using a lot of resources?

If you can't find anything there, try using this tool and seeing if something is hogging CPU cycles

ok i have another problem..
well....
i play a game called warrock and i really like it. but know i cant play it!!!
the menus in the games will go good and all but ones im in i doenst load and frezzez or it jsut shuts off warrock for some reason.
help..

Have you looked at the Processes and seen if anything is using all your resources?
