When installing iTunes I get this: Error 7 (Windows error 126)

When attempting to install Itunes I get this error Error 7 (Windows error 126) I installed the latest .net framework and uninstalled the required C++ which is called for from the MS service site.Still no joy in attempting to install itunes. Can anyone help please?

I dont think it needs either if I am not mistaken, if it does it will install it automatically. try uninstalling every single apple think on your PC and then reinstall it from here:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
