Where to request account deletion or display name change?

As the title says, I can't seem to find what the appropriate forum is for requesting an account deletion (only so I can re-register under a more anonymous name) or just request a name change directly.

An Administrator can change your display name but state the new name you want. Please have patience until one can respond to your request.
