Which cpu is overall better in value and fps results on modern games , i5 4460 or i5 4690k?

GPU : GTX 750ti / 750 since this is a value oriented and energy efficient video card ( less fps but saves on power bills ).
Games : BF4 / far cry 4 and multiplayer titles.

The I5 4690K would be better and should be able to be overclocked if u are interested in that.

Does i5 add more FPS with these modern games since I'm using i3 4130? I won't upgrade this year, maybe next year .

Either i5 would be a better processor, but as far as saying it would add more FPS to games I am not the one to give that as I am not a gamer, I passed that age over 30 years ago.

I'll play some more modern games for now , then I'll reconsider upgrading pc specs.
