Which one of these PC specs are better?

First off, I would also like to know if either one of these could run games like Battlefield, Fallout 4, Battlefront, DayZ, on at least high or ultra settings at 30-60 Fps.
1.
  • Intel Core i3 - 4130T Dual Core
  • nVidia GeForce GTX GPU w/2GB GDDR5
  • 4GB DDR3
  • 500GB 7200RPM HDD
2.
  • - Intel® Core™ i3-4160 Processor
  • - 500GB SATA III HDD
  • - 4GB DDR3 Memory
  • - NVIDIA GTX 750 1GB GDDR5
Just to let you guys know these are both steam machine hardware. 459 for the first one and 499 for the second.

The specs on either aren't great and most likely will struggle to run 'high' at 30FPS, especially on Fallout 4 and Battlefield 4. It just about meets the minimum requirements for Fallout 4, Battlefield 4, and Battlefront (2015), and barely even touches the recommended which is suggested to reach 'medium/high' graphics options.
4GB RAM isn't great for gaming really but it should get by as long as you don't host any matches.
CPU will struggle but will probably make do, but with GPU specs like that I don't think the CPU will be the main issue here.
