Why is my 1650 Super running so slow?

Hello,
I bought a pc with:

Gigabyte GTX 1650 Super
Ryzen 5 3500x
16GB 3000Mhz RAM
700 Watt PSU

A Example is fortnite where I get 5-10% lower frames than my friends STOCK 1650!
His Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600
Gtx 1650
16GB 2666MHz RAM

Do you guys know how I can fix it?

You might want to get a temperature monitoring program like HW Monitor:

I suspect that the CPU or the GPU or both are throttling. Case cooling issue? Try a open case to see if it runs cooler?

both are running around 40 to max. 65 degrees celsius. Is there any other reason for it to lag that much? my drivers are update btw.
I Have the windforce oc version of the gtx 1650 super. Does that make any difference?

Hmmm, do you have the power tails connected to the graphics card without shunts? Maybe the graphics card is not getting enough power. Another idea is to run some benchmark software. Try 3DMark and run Time Spy and grab Passmark's test too and run that and get a score on both machines. It might give us a clue to the weakness.

Was this a used PC or used GPU? Might be a thermal issue on the card.
