Why is my computer still crashing?

How Can I Stop This Blue Screen?
I just got a new computer 2 days ago through replacement of my old one in warranty. I didnt download any software on it and I get these? Maybe its a site ive been on or what. Idk? I have antivirus. I had the same problem with my last computer.

I didnt even put my old files on the new computer.

What antivirus software do you have installed? Is Windows fully updated?

Mcafee and yes

ive probably had this screen 12 times today

Remove McAfee and download and install Microsoft Security Essentials:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials

If you don't get any more BSOD's you'll know that McAfee was the cause
