Win 7 SP 1 installing error

Hello,
I decided to instal SP 1 on my computer. I used Windows Update, but I only get this message:

I tried to install it manually, but got error too:

What shall I do to install Service Pack?
 
Make sure all third part firewalls and anit virus are turned off during download of updates.


1. Click on Start and type services.msc into the search box, then click on services as it appears above. Scroll down the list to Windows Update, right click on it and select stop.

2. Type this into the search box %windir%\SoftwareDistribution click on "Software Distribution" in the box above and delete the entire contents of the "Download" folder.

3. Go back and turn the Windows Update service back on.

If that fails follow this:

Type %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log in Windows 7 Start Search box & press Enter

If you have any prerelease versions of SP1 installed, uninstall them before installing the final release version of SP1. Also, some antivirus software might prevent SP1 from installing, or might slow down the installation. You can try temporarily disabling your antivirus software. If you do so, be sure that you're aware of the risks involved, and be sure to re-enable it after the service pack is installed. Let us know if this helps.
 
Hi Kothas, having read the above log please follow this guide which is related to the errors reported in the log.

0x800F081F CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING The source for the package or file not found

80070003 ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND The system cannot find the path specified

Suggest you first download and save the System Update Readiness Tool (CheckSUR).

Be sure that the version you download matches the system's architecture, eg. if this is Vista x86 (32 bit ), click the download link next to " All supported x86-based versions of Windows Vista ". If this is Vista x64 ( 64 bit ), click the download link next to " All supported x64-based versions of Windows Vista ". Once the download completes go here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 and configure the system to Clean boot. NOTE: If the system is always connected to the internet and a 3rd party firewall was being used in normal Windows mode, then ensure that the native Vista firewall is now On by opening Windows Firewall in the Control Panel.

Once the system has been booted to a Clean state, run the System Update Readiness Tool. If you're prompted to, restart the system when it's finished running. While still in the Clean boot state, install the manually downloaded full standalone package of SP1 now.

I've just had a bad day with SP1 too. It was probably unnecessary to install SP1 because I've kept Windows 7 up to date. I think SP1 may be just a package of all those updates. It downloaded in about 30 minutes and restarted. The configuration went to 15% and locked up for over 5 hours. After restarting a couple of times with the button - never a good idea - I reached 100%. Windows update told me there were 7 important updates. I ignored that and ran the update manually where it decided no updates were required.
