Howard I'm trying my best i'm not a smart guy when it comes to new programs

I fully appreciate you may not be very confident with computers. If I was there with you in front of your computer, I could sort it out for you. Unfortunately, that`s not the case. One of the potential problems with online support such as Techspot, is we have to rely on the person who has the problem being able to follow instructions. Would it be possible for you to get someone to help you?

yea i cna try to find a guy to help me with my situation... if all else fails i'll back up all my music and videos and other stuff that i won't be able to redownload and then reinstall windows.
