Windows 10 crashing my games with low memory warning

I updated to windows 10 about a week ago and everything was semi-fine..lol... Now all my games are crashing and giving me a low memory warning. I assume an automatic windows 10 update broke my system, SMH I think im going to roll back to 7 and wait until 10 matures. Is anyone else having these issues and if so what did you do to fix the problem?
