One thing I did notice is that when I import the wdp.reg file into the registry , is that Installer32 disappears once a restart is performed. Is this supposed to happen? Other than that, I followed all of the suggested steps but I still can't get my PC to recognize my devices. This is not a hardware issue; I've already ruled that. I've downloaded all of the latest drivers. What do I do? This is what Device Manager -> Other Devices -> MTP -> General tab looks like: http://imgur.com/a/njoyy
