Windows 10 Search doesn't work

When I use windows 10 search from explorer it never finds the word or words I enter in the search block. Instead it gives me a list of totally irrelevant files. It drives me bonkers. Help anybody!

Try Google. When you find it, it is 'googled'.

Try Bing. What you find is 'bungled'.

I gave up on Microsoft search engines and downloaded a great FREE desktop search program called Locate. Finds anything within a minute or two, no hassles, waiting for the bar to drag its butt across the screen. And it picks up ALL the instances of the search term you give it. I recommend it to anyone frustrated by MS or Cortana search.
