Windows 2008 - BSOD

Hi,

I have a Windows 2008 box which has recently started to BSOD, nothing has changed software / driver wise, I have a full and mini memory dumps. I have created the debugging txt files, would one of you be able to pin point where the issue is?

TDX.SYS, refers to a network/Ethernet driver fault. What antivirus software are you running on this Windows Server 2008 computer?
