Windows 7 BSOD driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

Hi Can you help me in the same issue,I'm getting this error continuously,in every half an hour. I'm attaching the dump file

Anand KK what are your system specs and what are you doing with the computer when the BSOD's are most likely to happen? The bug check string is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL but there are no drivers flagged in the minidumps...

Again I've got the error, please find the dump file below and the laptop brand new, just one month old

Can you take the laptop back to where you bought it and have them either replace it or fix it?... Could be a program conflict. The latest minidump is the same as the first. It tells us nothing to help here
