I am a windows 7 user and some adware damaged my pc and I managed to get rid of it. But I think it left behind some permenant damage. Whenever I try to access my picture, video, music or documents library, it won't let me and on the windows tab, it says "Documents.library-ms" Here is a screentshot to help solve this problem.
