Windows BSOD and freezing and restarting help

It was recently changed to follow the malware forum's permission structure where anyone can create a new thread but only certain helpers can reply to them. We've received a few complaints about this and you'll be happy to hear that Julio just switched it back so everyone should be able to participate again .
