Windows can not find the Microsoft Software License terms

Hey friends,
I am trying to install Windows 8, but during Installation my PC (Dual Core 1.65 Ghz with 1GB + 512 MB RAM)showing an error like " Windows can not find the Microsoft Software License terms. Make Sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installations". I had tried for each & every versions available on the Disk. But all in vain. Please help me to resolve this issue ............. Please Help.
